Hosting service for users
In the system, Kentkart provides statistical data and reports
available to operators to enable analysis and research related to public transport
vehicles with user friendly interfaces.
1. Validators transmit configuration data, fare collection data and GPS data to
the frontend server located at the main operation center using the contracted GSM operator’s GPRS technology through a pre-defined secure channel.
2. The data, having been collected highly secure methods, is then recorded in the
data warehouse using specially designed programs.
3. Operators and administrators using previously defined accounts can access statistical
data and reports through user friendly Web based interfaces at any time.
User interface contents can be easily arranged based on operator requests and requirements
by compiling the data in the data warehouse. Some of the data entered into system
are:
• Operator Data
• Vehicle Data
• Employee Data
• Route Data
• Bus Stop Data
• Route & Stop Data
Reports:
All types of reports can be generated within specified time and date intervals using

Kentkart banking system
Kentkart provides a banking clearing software
that allows daily transactions at all Reloading Offices (KIOSKS) (credit up-load
to the reloaders, card reloading and card sales) and data storage for these transactions.
It also keeps all activated smart card data in the system, enables tracking data
of all kiosks, reloaders, smart cards and allows retrieval of comprehensive statistical
reports through its user friendly banking interface. Kentkart banking system
operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and back-ups its transaction data in real
time.
Kiosks transmit security approved reload data to the bank system through a dial-up
or GPRS reloader provided by Kentkart at any time within the day. This data is sent
to bank front end servers and recorded after having been scanned with the highest
security protocols for data processing in the data warehouse. Since kiosk transactions
and card reload data are kept in the system in real-time, all types of statistical
reports can be generated within any specified time and date parameters. A mirrored
instant banking system back up enables banking operations to continue uninterrupted.
System supervision and maintenance are continuously controlled by trained experts
through Kentkart Clearing House User Interface. It is also possible to limit the
number of users by giving access according to executive levels. Using Kentkart
Clearing House Interface it is possible to process and track new data regarding
kiosk and reloader installation, card coding control, picture ID card data entry
and to retrieve related statistical reports based on region and kiosk within specified
date and time intervals. The Clearing House System provides following services:
• Encoded card reloading,
• Transfer of transaction data through dial-up or GPRS,
• High security control at the bank system front-end servers,
• Real time recording of reloads and card activity,
• Reliable database structure with Oracle Enterprise Solutions and continuous operation
replication
• Different type of card coding and control,
• Easy control and tracking via the banking interface,
• Limited access to users according to management level,
• Reporting by time and region.
