The primary purpose of this role is to investigate and resolve issues with Kentkart system components, ensuring their proper operation and integration with other hardware and software. This includes field support, configuration, and coordination with various teams for system improvements and deployments.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduates from relevant university departments (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering etc.),
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, a team player with excellent interpersonal abilities,
• Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with an inner drive for solving problems,
• Language: English, with a proficiency level of B2.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Linux operating systems & SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Travelling: This position requires travelling on a frequent basis.

• Connect to problematic devices as directed by the operations team to investigate the source of the problem. If the issue is configuration-related, fix it; if it requires development/bug fixing, refer the matter to the System and Analysis team.
• Inform the necessary units to identify and resolve recurring field errors.
• Ensure the identification and resolution of system errors.
• Prepare the necessary software such as image configurations for device production and deliver them to the Production department.
• Set up test environment software and configurations to ensure the proper operation of Kentkart system components and their communication with each other and with the central host.
• Manage work related to hardware and software received from third-party manufacturers and integrated with Kentkart systems.
• Work in coordination with the operations and PMO teams during the deployment of new software and systems and provide necessary support.
• Conduct project field visits when necessary and/or at regular intervals.
• Work in accordance with Integrated Management System standards and support auditing and certification processes.
