Description
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden lisans mezunu olmak,
- İyi düzeyde İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak,
- Kalite yönetim sistemlerinde en az 3 yıl deneyimli olmak,
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ve ISO 27001 yönetim sistemlerinde deneyim sahibi olmak,
- Tercihen PCI DSS, ISO 10007, SPICE gibi sistemlerde bilgi ve deneyim sahibi olmak,
- Tercihen bilgi teknolojileri ve/veya yazılım sektöründe çalışmış olmak,
- Problem çözme tekniklerinde deneyimli olmak (Kaizen, 8D, Balık Kılçığı vb.),
- İç denetçi sertifikasına sahip olmak,
- Doküman yönetimi süreçlerinde (hazırlık, revizyon, duyuru) deneyimli olmak,
- MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilmek,
- Tercihen Canias ERP, JIRA ve SharePoint sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak,
- Öğrenmeye istekli, gelişime açık, analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip olmak.
Job Responsibilities
ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO14001, PCI DSS, ISO 10007, SPICE vb. uyguladığımız entegre yönetim sistemleri doğrultusunda;
- ilgili yönetim sistemi uygulamaları için şirket içi toplantılar organize etmek ve birimler arası takip sistemini güçlendirmek,
- Entegre yönetim sistemine ait dokümanların güncelliğini takip etmek ve revizyon süreçlerini yürütmek,
- Yeni oluşturulan veya revize edilen süreç/dokümanların (form, prosedür, talimat, politika vb.) şirket içinde duyurularını yapmak,
- Kalite yönetim sistemleri ile ilgili dış denetimleri ve sertifikasyon süreçlerini yönetmek ve gerekli aksiyonları almak,
- Kalite raporları hazırlamak ve şirket içinde sürekli iyileştirme faaliyetlerinde aktif rol almak,
- Kalite farkındalığını artırmak için eğitim ve bilgilendirme faaliyetlerini planlamak ve uygulamak,
- Kalite veya ilgili standartlara uyumu sağlamak ve sürekli iyileştirmeyi desteklemek için düzeltici önleyici faaliyeti ve süreç/ürün iç denetimleri yapmak,
- Kaliteyi iyileştirmek için çeşitli departmanlarla işbirliği içinde süreçleri planlamak ve uygulamak.
