Description

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related fields,
• At least 3 years experience of working on a Network Management or other relevant position,
• In depth knowledge of WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Next Generation Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points and troubleshooting these devices,
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills,
• Analytical thinking, open to development and learning, high business follow-up skills, result and solution-oriented,
• Attention to details,
• Good command of English,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and on-call working patterns.

• Manage and support LAN and WAN Network devices,
• Implement approved Network changes in accordance with applicable procedures,
• Analyze and diagnose network problems for a variety of users,
• Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network,
• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs,
• Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices,
• Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement,
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks,
• Assist other groups in troubleshooting problems that require packet analysis or performance review,
• Create, publish and maintain up to date and accurate Network documentation,
• To take part in 27001 information security and PCI DSS certification processes,
• Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments,
• Research/evaluate emerging cyber security threats and vulnerabilities and ways to manage them,
• Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual, unauthorised or illegal activity.
