This is an entry-level role for new graduates looking to kickstart their careers in Human Resources. 


Job Purpose 

The job purpose of the People and Culture Assistant is to support and enhance the daily operations of the People and Culture team by assisting with HR tasks, training programs, employee engagement activities, and organizational events. 



  • Education: Graduates from relevant university departments (Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, etc.),
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, a team player with excellent interpersonal abilities,
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with an inner drive for solving problems,
  • Language: Advanced level of English.
Job Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Operations: Supporting and overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations. 
  • Training & Development: Planning and managing exciting training programs for new hires, including engaging onboarding sessions. 
  • Employee Engagement: Helping with fun and motivating activities to boost employee morale and developing a lively company culture. 
  • Health & Safety: Playing a supportive role in occupational health and safety initiatives. 
  • Organizational Support: Assisting in creating training plans, maintaining training records, and coordinating organizational events.
