Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the technical proficiency of both our employees and customers by preparing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs. This includes providing training for new and existing products, systems, and solutions, and ensuring that all users can operate and maintain our products effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Mathematics departments,
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs,
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing (B2 level and above),
  • Knowledgeable in Web Services, SQL, GUI topics,
  • Experienced in computer software, network, and operating system installations.
  • Willing to travel within Turkey and abroad.
  • Able to provide training in face-to-face and online environments,
  • Creative, proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver technical trainings for our existing and new products, systems and solutions,
  • Conduct testing and certification processes,
  • Provide remotely or on-site trainings, create and update documentation for our existing products and all areas of operation and maintenance,
  • Assist our employees and customers in using our products correctly,
  • Collect employee/customer feedback and share it with the related team,
  • Plan and organize relevant trainings for standard errors and issues encountered in projects,
  • Train and develop new staff and customer on the technical aspects, installation, commissioning, operating, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products and systems,
  • Provide technical training to our sales team and provide information about our products, systems and solutions.
