Kentkart is proud to power the digital transformation of Muğla province in Turkey — integrating public transport, social assistance, off-transit payments, and other city services into a single, unified system with our MuğlaKart Plus project.

Led by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras’s vision, residents and tourists of the region can manage every aspect of daily life through a single open-loop EMV card and mobile app. From buses, sea transport, and cultural venues to social support programs and local commerce — the entire city ecosystem is now seamlessly connected through one unified system.

This project isn’t just a transportation upgrade — it’s a full-scale digital transformation of city governance, service delivery, and community life. A first-of-its-kind initiative for Turkey, and a model for modern urban management around the world.
