Kentkart contributes to the development of sustainable urban mobility through its electric bus-based smart transportation project in Doha, Qatar. Integrated into an environmentally friendly transport infrastructure, these solutions support the reduction of carbon emissions while providing a modern and efficient public transport experience.
Within the scope of the project, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and Account-Based Ticketing (ABT) solutions enable passengers to benefit from fast and secure payments, while offering advanced revenue management for operators.

With Kentkart’s Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) and Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), electric bus fleets are monitored in real time and operational processes are optimized. Passenger Information Systems (PIS) allow passengers to access real-time travel information and plan their journeys more efficiently.
The project also includes Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), Transport Operation Management (TOM), and PDA solutions, ensuring end-to-end digitalization of both field and central operations.
Supported by CCTV systems, the infrastructure enhances passenger safety and contributes to Doha’s smart city vision.
Kentkart continues to demonstrate its leadership in delivering sustainable, innovative, and technology-driven transportation solutions through its project in Qatar.
